Venue Submission Guidelines – Northwest Elevated Motorsports

We are always looking to expand our database of motorsports venues. If you manage or represent a track, off-road park, or event facility, we welcome your submission to help racers, teams, and fans discover new locations.

To submit a venue, please include the following details:

  • Venue Name & Type – Specify whether it’s a raceway, rally stage, off-road park, autocross site, or other motorsports facility.
  • Location & Accessibility – Provide the address and details on accessibility, parking, and nearby accommodations.
  • Track Layout & Specs – If applicable, include track maps, lap length, surface type, and notable features.
  • Available Events & Uses – List the types of events hosted at the venue, including competitions, open track days, and private rentals.
  • Contact & Booking Information – Include a website, social media links, and direct contact details for event organizers or facility managers.
  • Media & Spectator Policies – Share any media restrictions, drone policies, and spectator guidelines.
